By accessing and using the Site, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you shall not use this website. We reserve the right, to change, modify, add, or remove all, portions or any of these Terms and Conditions of use at any time and from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. You are required to check these Terms and Conditions of use regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

RETURN POLICY

1.Return Policy

Please contact Customer Service should you need to return an order. Customers have five (5) working days upon receiving the item(s) to initiate a return.

2. General Statement of Product Return Rights and Limitations

We provides a return program on products that have been purchased from Us that extends for up to five (5) working days from the date of product delivery subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. As used herein, the term “ Purchaser” shall mean the person or entity described on the face of the applicable  invoice and the term “ Product” shall mean the products described on the face of such invoice.

The return rights described herein do not extend beyond the original Purchaser of Products and apply only to Products that meet the requirements for issuance of a return authorization.

Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, we reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse returns of Products rendered defective, in whole or in part, by causes external to the Products, including, but not limited to, catastrophes, power failure or transients, overvoltage on interface, external extremes, alteration or modification, abuse, and improper use, maintenance or application of the Products or the use of unauthorized parts or attachments in connection with the Products. Removal of any serial number or warranty labels will also void any obligations of Our company with respect to a Product.

All orders that require configuration or assembly of Products to meet customer specifications are non-cancellable and may not be returned to Us.

We does not authorize any other person purporting to act on its behalf to modify or change these policies and procedures, nor to assume for it any other obligation or liability concerning the Products.

3. General Requirements for Return of Products

Any request for return of Products must be made within the time period specified herein. Requests received after the expiration of the time period will be rejected.

Return of Products can be applied under one of the following categories:

(i) defective Product;

(ii) item received is incomplete;

(iii) item received is different from the description;

(iv) billing or shipping discrepancies; or

(v) Damaged Product.

We will refuse delivery of any packages that do not have valid, clearly visible  details or that do not comply with any other requirements imposed by Us with respect to authorized returns.

All original packaging, components, accessories, software and manuals must be included with returned Products and Products returned incomplete may be returned to Purchasers at their expense.

4. Defective Product Returns

Defective Product returns are only for Products purchased from Us that are inoperable at the time they are received by the Purchaser or that do not function in accordance with the specifications published.

Upon verification that the returned Product is defective, We may, in its sole discretion, either (i) ship Purchaser a replacement Product or (ii) provide Purchaser a credit equal to the residual value less any applicable charges or fees. We will make reasonable efforts to replace defective Products subject to availability.

5. Damaged Product Returns

Damaged Product returns are only for Products shipped via We’s carrier of choice that are damaged in transit from We to Purchaser (or from We to Purchaser’s customer in the event that We ships Products directly to such customer at the request of Purchaser). If a Product is delivered in damaged condition, Purchaser or Purchaser’s customer must notify We Customer Service and request for return of Products within five days of receipt of such Product. Failure to notify We Customer Service within such time shall be deemed an acceptance of the Product. When notifying We Customer Service to request return for a damaged Product, Purchaser or Purchaser’s customer should be prepared to provide We with information regarding the condition of the Product.

6. Condition of Returning Item

To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the Item, Purchaser should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Item, must be returned to We in the condition received by Purchaser on delivery. We will recommend Purchaser to take a photo of the Item upon receipt.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty/Limitation of Liability

Although these policies and procedures may permit Purchaser (or Purchaser’s customer in the event that We ships Products directly to such customer at the request of Purchaser) to return Products claimed to be defective under certain circumstances, We makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the Products. All Products sold or licensed by We are sold/licensed “as is” (with no other warranties other than those provided by the manufacturer or publisher of the Products to the Purchaser) and are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the manufacturer’s warranty packaged with the Products and/or the publisher’s end-user license with respect to licensed Products.

8. Applicability of Terms and Conditions

Product return information provided herein does not replace any Terms and Conditions listed, which are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in the sole discretion of We. Those provisions of the Terms and Conditions pertaining to Governing Law and construction and interpretation of this statement of policy and procedures shall also apply to any related disputes.

 

9. Refund Policy

All orders placed online for delivery or collection are final and non-refundable once the Order is placed and you receive a confirmation of your Order.

 

10. Cancellation Policy

All orders placed online are final and non-cancellable once the Order is placed.


11. Delivery Fee and Multiple-Supplier 

Purchase above RM150 Free delivery ( Delivery only West Malaysia )

We have Multiple supplier from  Malaysia mainly Johor, Penang and Kuala Lumpur.  Delivery will be directly shipped from supplier warehouse. ( If you purchase different brand you may receive different parcel from different supplier  ) 


Fulfillment Policy

We will make every effort to process and deliver your order quickly and within the stipulated time, but please note that given times are estimates and not guarantees. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a card with instructions for either redelivery or collection. All product/s will be delivered in standard packaging; any special packaging request may be subject to additional charges.

 

Tracking

You can track the status of your order via the carrier’s delivery tracking system. Please use the tracking number in the confirmation email that will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.

 

Disclaimer of Warranty / Limitation of Liability

Despite our best efforts, unforeseen circumstances may arise. WE shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses resulting from delays in delivery or any other complications.
